Spicy Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli

So many nights we need “fast food” … however, living at the top of no-where as my son likes to say about us … we can’t just call a restaurant for delivery, and jumping into our truck to drive to a restaurant takes us about 30 minutes. So instead, I have come up with several healthy Keto meals that replace chemically processed unhealthy “fast food” and can be made quickly straight from the freezer or fridge.

I can barely call this a recipe… this is basically just work instructions to make dinner in 5-10 minutes!

IMG_43971 medium package of fresh broccoli or a bag of frozen broccoli
1 pound of Shrimp
3 T. Butter
1-2 cloves garlic or 1-2 T. Of minced garlic (to your taste)
3 T. Water
Sprinkle or two of red pepper flakes

In a sauté pan place everything except the red pepper flakes and sauté over medium heat. Sprinkle with red pepper and serve when cooked to tender but still firm.  Usually about 5-7 minutes. We usually sprinkle Parmesan Cheese or Nutritional Yeast flakes on top just prior to eating.
